This means that you should have more water treatments available to you soon locally, if you dont already. As for what you can expect, a popular option is relaxing in a bathtub. Although this sounds like something that you can do at home, much more is involved. For starters, the environment is calm, comforting, and relaxing. You may have the option of listening to soothing music or lighting a few candles. As for what can be added to your bathwater, you may be able to choose from aromatic seaweed, anti-stress salts, aroma oil, and moor mud. 5 Foot Treatments Foot treatments, as with many other spa procedures, come in a number of different formats. If you are limited on time, a simple pedicure and foot massage may be enough. If you want the full treatment, you should be able to have your feet exfoliated, soaked in warm soapy water, and massaged.
