China has always taken great pride in protecting its land and heritage. This is evident in the Great Wall of China that has been in place since 5 B.C. They have the largest military force of any Nation in the world. They have a very detailed defense system in place that helps to ensure they will be ready for a battle should the need ever arise. Except for when it comes to having children, the people of China enjoy many freedoms. They are able to exercise free trade as well as freedom of speech. There are rumors of censorship and corruption though when it comes to the area of politics though. They are also able to get a fair shake when it comes to legal issues. Women aren’t as free to do what they want in China as in the United States though. This tends to do with the views of society though rather than the government of China. |
