You and your friends will want to be able to sit back and relax. Encourage everyone in your group to leave the “real world” and all of the stresses and demands that are associated with it at home. A girls’ day at the spa should be about receiving some much needed rest, relaxation, and pampering, together as friends. As a reminder, be sure to make your day spa appointments or reservations well in advance. It is best to aim for two weeks ahead of time.
